After university, I was in-house communications director of a prestigious Miami-based international law firm. There I honed the skills I now apply to work with international and domestic firms in nearly every aspect of the business of law.
Steadily, I collaborate with clients to achieve their business goals through strategic internal and external messaging. Also, I often advise and represent firms and their clients on how to effectively communicate their role in high-profile international legal matters. Our team puts lawyers and firms in the news–and, when necessary, keeps them out of the news.
My appreciation for communications and emotional intelligence enables me to build bridges between lawyers and firms worldwide so as to maximize their individual and collective strengths and brands.
Consistent with my leadership counsel to lawyers and unison with clients, I co-founded the International Academy of Financial Crime Litigators, a collaboration of experienced public-and private-litigation professionals working with the Basel Institute on Governance to expand worldwide access to solutions in economic crime cases.
During 25 years in the strategic communications counseling and marketing business, I have watched the legal world evolve into a dynamic and highly competitive global machine.
My focus has evolved concurrently, as I have managed virtually every aspect of what a lawyer, law firm and its clients may encounter in the litigation process. My educational background in communications and decades of experience have prepared me to address all of these professional situations.

A graduate of St. Bonaventure (New York) University, I earned my bachelor’s degree in journalism and mass communications with honors, followed by a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications with high honors.
